What are Britain and Denmark doing in Afghanistan? And what strategic challenges lie ahead? How does the military cooperation between Britain and Denmark work? And what about NATO – will Afghanistan influence its future?

Thursday the 26th of March the UK Secretary of State for Defence John Hutton and DK Minister of Defence Søren Gade visited the University of Copenhagen. The two ministers spoke about future military challenges, security and Afghanistan in the run up to NATO’s 60th anniversary in April 2009.
